Prices
Fees are calculated on the basis of the completed translation. I'm happy to provide a detailed quote for your specific project.
Price per line:
EUR 1.50 (Standard rate)
EUR 1.30 (Market research questionnaires)
EUR 1.10 (Code frames, verbatims)
- 1 line is 60 characters, including spaces. Approximately 9 – 10 words.
- Fee calculated on the basis of the completed translation.
- VAT (19 %) payable by clients in the European Union.
- Charges payable to my German bank account in euros.
Hourly rate:
EUR 80
- Proofreading and language services charged by time
- Excel and PowerPoint files charged by time due to word processing constraints imposed by these formats.
- VAT (19 %) payable by clients in the European Union.
- Charges payable to my German bank account in euros.
Materials:
- Text for translation should preferably be submitted as a Word file. This can be overwritten so that the finished file retains the formatting.
- Excel, PowerPoint, OpenOffice/LibreOffice, LaTeX files also processed (see above).
- Text can also be submitted by fax or as a hardcopy.
- Transcripts from audio cassette, mp3 file, VHS tape (PAL), DVD or the usual video file formats.
